Private Equity Associate
Ascension Search Partners has been engaged to hire an Associate for a leading $2B middle-market private equity firm in Dallas. In this role, you will support deal execution and portfolio management for high-growth investments across diverse industries. You’ll conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and market analysis, while working closely with senior team members on strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation for potential investments

Qualifications:
- Top-performing university graduate
