This VP Controller role leads corporate accounting, shared services, payroll, and tax—playing a key part in building a best-in-class function within a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve accounting operations, month-end close, and financial consolidations in partnership with the CAO

• Deliver timely, GAAP-compliant financial reporting and executive-level insights

• Oversee internal controls, compliance, and policy standardization across business units

• Collaborate with FP&A and Treasury to support cash flow and business planning

• Play a critical role in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration

• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team while maintaining hands-on involvement

Ideal Background:

• CPA with 12+ years of experience leading accounting in multi-entity or multi-site environments

• Experience executing transformational change to build sustainable accounting processes as the company rapidly expands

• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset and command of data tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.)
