Finance Manager – Operations Business Partner

A middle-market, private equity-backed, multi-site company is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support a Regional President in driving financial analytics and business performance. This role sits within operations but requires close collaboration with FP&A and private equity sponsors to align financial insights with strategic objectives. This position is hybrid, based in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Regional President to translate budget goals into field-level KPIs.
Analyze financial results and provide proactive recommendations for business growth.
Work across multiple financial systems to develop data-driven insights.
Monitor regional financial and operational performance, providing reports and strategic recommendations.
Implement and refine processes to improve operational efficiency and align with strategic initiatives.
Act as a liaison between operations, finance, and the PE sponsor, ensuring alignment on financial objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
Strong finance business partnering and FP&A experience.
Advanced financial modeling skills and analytical expertise.
High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple functions.
A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to operational and financial improvements.
