What You'll Do:

Financial Mastery: Dive into monthly, quarterly, and year-end account analysis, preparing and distributing financial statements, operations summaries, and forecasts with precision.
Budgeting Expertise: Take charge of annual budgets and variances, ensuring financial stability and strategic planning.
Compliance Management: Navigate through various reporting requirements and coordinate the annual audit process flawlessly.
Cash Flow Stewardship: Monitor cash flow and banking activities, ensuring smooth operations and financial security.
Customer Relations: Handle customer credit standing, collections, and sales team commissions with finesse.
Legal Oversight: Stay ahead of regulatory changes, manage HR policies, and provide guidance on legal matters affecting the company.
Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire the accounting team, fostering growth and development.

What You Bring:

Expertise and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting with 7-10 years of experience leading accounting teams in a manufacturing setting.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
