We're looking for a Sr. Product Development Engineer to lead the creation of new dispensing solutions from concept through commercialization — combining mechanical innovation, aesthetic design, and consumer functionality in every product.

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Lead engineering development of new dispensers and sprayers using SolidWorks
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Tooling, and Marketing
· Develop prototypes, perform DFMEA, and validate designs using FEA, CFD, and Moldflow
· Coordinate all design activities through Stage 2 and 3 of the product development process
· Interface directly with customers to understand application needs and translate them into design specifications
· Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and internal/external presentations
· Provide mentorship to junior engineers and participate in continuous learning
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering
· 5+ years of product development experience in plastic dispensing systems or similar consumer products
· Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of plastic injection molding
· Familiarity with engineering tools such as Moldflow, FEA, and CFD for design validation
· Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams
· Experience interfacing with manufacturing, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
· Willingness to travel occasionally (including international trips depending on project needs)
Location: Must be on-site and commutable to Kansas City, Missouri.
