.Your unique role with the organization: Reporting directly to the CEO, you willoversee all aspects of the Molding Division, ensuring that production goals, qualitystandards, and safety regulations are met. This role requires a hands-on leader whocan optimize facility performance, manage staff effectively, and implement advancedmanufacturing technologies
.Key responsibilities include:• Oversee the manufacture of plastic components, ensuring production,performance, and quality standards are consistently met.• Review production reports to align with safety, quality, financial, anddelivery objectives.• Assist the CEO with long-term strategic planning, expansion efforts,and technology implementation.• Drive P&L performance, implement lean/continuous improvement, andsupport ISO & FDA-compliant operations.• Mentor and grow a skilled technical team while fostering a culture ofaccountability and excellence.What we are looking for:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or arelated field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.• A strong, hands-on leader with proven success in injection moldingmanufacturing.• Experience managing full plant operations with responsibility for P&L.• Demonstrated ability to add new lines, scale production, and optimizeefficiency.• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools.
