Senior Human Resource Manager (Plastics Manufacturing)

This is a highly visible role within a key business unit responsible for managing the Human Resource activities of several facilities throughout the United States.  This is a Strategic Leadership role and also a Generalist role requiring the ability to assist with benefits, employee engagement, union activities and hiring. 

We are seeking a high caliber individual that is able to travel as needed to spend time at each plant at least once per quarter.  A strong leader who will hold plant personnel accountable for adherence to company and safety policies. 

Location:  open, full remote with ease of travel. 

To be successful in this critical role:You must be a driven HR professional from manufacturing with the ability to engage the staff and drive improvements and a strong safety culture.

• Proven experience in leading a facility through cultural change.  Multi-site experience highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to lead a dynamic operation  
• Experience in various HR activities
• Degree preferred
