SERVICE COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and coordinate technician visits for Calgary and surrounding areas.
Manage and enter data for service calls, repairs, and work orders.
Follow up on parts requisition and inventory for repairs and service.
Maintain service department documents.
Promote the service department through telemarketing.
Communicate and report on departmental activities.
Organize shipments and collect purchase orders from customers.
Oversee rentals, inventory adjustments, and invoicing.
Assist in meetings with technicians.
REQUIREMENTS:
Post-Secondary Diploma in Administration or related field.
3-5 years of coordinating a service or technical team.
3 years of Customer Service experience.
Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and Salesforce CRM.
5 years of experience with Excel.
