You will be overseeing 4 to 5 sales reps based in the GTA, who cover North America. Company sells its capital equipment products into hospital IT departments across North America. You would be experienced in selling equipment to hospital buying and Facility Management groups in both Canada and the US. You will be responsible for all of North American sales. This role requires roughly 4 to 5 travel across Canada or the US per month.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Business / Marketing degree.
  • Able to travel across North America, 25 % travel.
  • Experience selling capital / medical equipment to Canadian and US end users and IT and Facilities Management Departments of hospitals.
  • 4 to 5 years' managing sales specialists.
  • Navigating hospital environment complex sales cycles.
  • Helping sales specialists to create specialized sales tools.
