Technical Field Service Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule technician visits for the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).
Manage and enter data for service calls, repairs, purchase and work orders.
Keep track of parts for service / repairs / documents / communications.
Telemarketing, shipping, invoicing, rentals.
Organize shipments and collect purchase orders from customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Administration, Office Automation, or related field.
4-5 years of coordinating a technical or service team.
4 years of Customer Service experience.
SAP (or similar), Salesforce CRM.
Excel (4 to 6 years - essential).
