Technical Field Service Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule technician visits for the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).

  • Manage and enter data for service calls, repairs, purchase and work orders.

  • Keep track of parts for service / repairs / documents / communications.

  • Telemarketing, shipping, invoicing, rentals.

  • Organize shipments and collect purchase orders from customers.

  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Administration, Office Automation, or related field.

  • 4-5 years of coordinating a  technical or service team.

  • 4 years of Customer Service experience.

  •  SAP (or similar), Salesforce CRM.

  •  Excel (4 to 6 years - essential).
