SERVICE COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and coordinate technician visits for the GTA and surrounding areas.

  • Manage and enter data for service calls, repairs, and work orders.

  • Follow up on parts requisition and inventory for repairs and service.

  • Maintain service department documents.

  • Promote the service department through telemarketing.

  • Communicate and report on departmental activities.

  • Organize shipments and collect purchase orders from customers.

  • Oversee rentals, inventory adjustments, and invoicing.

  • Assist in meetings with technicians.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in Administration or related field.

  • 3-5 years of coordinating a service or technical team.

  • 3 years of Customer Service experience.

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and Salesforce CRM.

  • 5 years of experience with Excel.
