Customer Service Representative for Personal Lines
Job Description Entails:
Speak to customers daily basis
Typing speed at least 40WPM
Assist clients with all their requests
Knowledgeable in billing/transactions posting in Epic
Opening claims for clients
Processing Endorsements/Policy changes
Pulling reports from CGI/Dash
Cross Selling Policies for auto, property referring commercial to CCSR.
Sending slips
Emailing policy documents
Uploading new business when required
Attaching Applications
Familiar with Outlook, Indio, EPIC, Powerbroker, Insurance company portals, Ring Central Phone system
Time Management
Requesting documentation from clients- void cheque, ownership, photos of vehicle, drivers license copies
Speak politely, and knowledgeable on how to communicate with underwriters from insurance companies
Ask insurance companies for reinstatement of policies when cancelled
Speak to underwriters and be familiar with complete requests when required by clients
Remarketing clients, quoting clients when renewal received from markets and placing clients with alternative markets, sending clients applications for auto and habitational policies.
Ideal Candidate
Must be RIBO licensed with at least 1-year prior experience
Speaks English. Spanish, Farsi, Urdu/Hindi are assets.
Is punctual when logging in when working remotely or in person
Adapts quickly to a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work under pressure/deadlines
Is required to work from the office 5 days a week from 10-6pm
Team Player
Completes all tasks required with minimal supervision
Familiar with underwriting guidelines, rules, looking up answers for questions in the manual before taking the concern to the insurance company
