They are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team at our Head Office in Welland. This role requires a relationship-oriented individual with strong organization and analytical skills. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their insurance journey.
What does the Commercial Account Manager do?
Build and maintain client relationships
Provide superior customer service when responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
Review policies and making recommendations based on individual client needs while identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell
Adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners
Follow-up and co-ordinate with clients to ensure documents are complete
Update client information through carrier portals and websites
Conduct billing calls, as required
Proficient with online quoting portals with all carriers
Review policies and recommended coverages based on individual consumer need

RIBO licensed
2+ years in Commercial Lines Insurance
Powerbroker experience an asset
