Commercial Lines Account Manager - Belleville location Full time IN OFFICE role Job ID # J-38248Our Client is currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Broker for their Belleville location. Risks up to $25k would include wineries, manufacturing, trades, auto /fleet. Small traditional brokerage who work as a Team. Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Evaluate the needs of prospective clients to make recommendations on coverages.
-Respond to incoming calls and servicing client needs
-Help customers with billing related questions as well as policy changes
-Offer insurance advise to clients, process changes and enter changes into BMS and company portals. Familiarity with EPIC would be an asset
-Give claims advise to clients, report claims and follow up on claims
-Provide quotes to new clients and cross sell existing accounts.
- Experience with EPIC would be beneficial but training will be provided
-The candidate MUST be RIBO licensed with a minimum of 3 years experience.
