• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey (NJ)

As a Mental Health Therapist at Our Award-Winning Client, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. You will conduct intakes, therapy sessions, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits. Therapists must be licensed in the state of New Jersey (NJ).

Key Responsibilities

• Rendering evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
• Providing a range of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.
• Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
• Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Fully remote, flexible scheduling. Therapists create their own schedules between 7 AM - 9 PM EST, 7 days a week.
• Requirement: Must work until 8 PM on 2 weekdays OR 4 four-hour shifts on weekends.
• No on-call duties.

Compensation Plans

Hybrid Compensation Plan (Earn up to $90,000/year with 35+ visits per week)

• 40-hour workweek: $58,000/yr base salary for 23 completed visits per week. Additional visits paid at $60/visit. 20 PTO days.
• 32-hour workweek: $46,000/yr base salary for 19 completed visits per week. Additional visits paid at $60/visit. 20 PTO days.

Standard Compensation Plan

• 32 hours/week: $58,000 salary + 8 PTO/sick days.
• 40 hours/week: $72,500 salary + 10 PTO/sick days.

Additional job duties (consultations, documentation, supervision, referrals, etc.) fulfill 32-40 hour workweeks. Sign-on bonus offered, distributed after 6 months and 1 year.

Ideal Candidate

• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Outpatient experience and evidence-based practice experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in individual, family, and group therapy with families, adolescents, and adults.
• Scheduling assistance provided – clients are assigned to therapists.

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Secure, private remote workspace.
