Our Award-Winning Client, a nationally recognized leader in the industry, is seeking an experienced financial professional to lead financial operations across multiple manufacturing locations. This role requires expertise in strategic financial planning, global manufacturing oversight, and cross-functional leadership to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and operational objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, cost performance analysis, and forecasting to drive key business decisions and financial optimization.
• Spearhead financial modeling, investment strategies, and strategic planning to enhance business growth and profitability.
• Direct the consolidation of global Operations Finance figures, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all locations.
• Collaborate with Controllership to improve and streamline financial closing processes while maintaining accuracy.
• Lead and develop the Operations Finance team, driving monthly reporting, performance analysis, capital investment projects, and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and improve operational performance.
• Manage multiple deliverables and prioritize business needs to enhance team and company-wide financial performance.
• Influence and coach both financial and non-financial stakeholders, ensuring a broad understanding of financial strategies.

• 8+ years of experience in financial leadership within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in people management and leadership roles
• Expertise in financial modeling, cost control, and operational finance strategies
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and influencing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience advising and influencing both financial and non-financial teams within an organization
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and talent development
• Ability to drive financial initiatives that enhance business performance and long-term sustainability
