Receptionist - Administrative Assistant

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in all of the following:
    • Front Office in a Healthcare Entity
    • Standard Office Procedures
  • Are you bilingual in Spanish?
  • Valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, a good driving record, and auto insurance

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience in any of the following:
    • PACE
    • Value-Based Care
    • Working with the Elderly

Overview

Our Award Winning Client is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant for their PACE Center to create a warm and welcoming environment for participants and visitors. This role is responsible for greeting individuals, managing calls, maintaining the reception area, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and bilingual, with strong front-office and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet participants and visitors with a friendly smile and assist with check-in and check-out.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and document interactions.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Process incoming mail and packages efficiently.
  • Manage office calendars, schedule conference rooms, and assist with activities.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and report issues as needed.
  • Support new hire onboarding and assist with day center activities.
  • Prepare reports and support audits required by regulatory bodies.
  • Provide administrative assistance on special projects.

Schedule & Shift Details

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-site)
