A CEO of a family office/private equity firm who is also a serial entrepreneur with multiple businesses is looking for an Executive Assistant. The CEO currently has 5 businesses across sectors including hospitality, spirits, mining, manufacturing, and investments. The role is in office 5 days a week at the Beverly Hills office.

 

About the Job:

¨     Serve as the CEO’s primary point of coordination across business ventures, partners, and key internal stakeholders

¨     Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel, events, offsites, and high-touch experiences

¨     Manage the CEO’s calendars, priorities, communications, and meeting preparation

¨     Build and maintain relationships with luxury service providers, venues, hotels, and vendors

¨     Coordinate executive-level hospitality, including private dinners, investor meetings, and brand engagements

¨     Ensure that all personal and professional engagements reflect the highest standards of service, discretion, and presentation

¨     Coordinate personal logistics, such as family travel planning, special projects and occasional errands

¨     Manage individual commitments with a focus on discretion, flexibility, and hospitality

¨     Off-hour availability required

 

About You:

¨     Minimum of  5 years of experience in a related support position

¨     BA/BS from a college or university

¨     Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

¨     Polished, professional demeanor

¨     Outstanding communication skills

¨     Experience coordinating luxury travel (including private jets), managing external relationships, and overseeing complex schedules

¨     Exceptionally organized, discreet, and detail-oriented

¨     High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset

¨     Comfortable working independently in fast-moving, unstructured settings
