The Director of IT Service Management will be a key leader responsible for driving excellence in IT service delivery, aligning IT services with business goals and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and collaboration with the IT team. This hands-on leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of IT service management principles and a strong focus on Service Desk (Availability Management), Change Management, IT Audit and Compliance, Process Creation and delivery.

 

This position directs IT efforts for global Service Desk, desk-side services, and inventory management for technology assets.  In this position, you will oversee Service Desk support to ensure that IT operations resources are responding to and resolving user questions and problems within the service level agreements. The Director of IT Service Management provides global support to our two U.S. locations, two international locations and remote employees and is the front line for all systems availability, managing vendors and MSP's while coordinating efforts throughout IT and communicating with the business.

This position requires a person with strong leadership and communication skills in the areas of customer service, all IT systems and application knowledge. This includes proposing and managing budget, IT processes, corporate training, and much more (mostly noted below).

 

This position will report directly to the Chief Information Officer.
