Vice President of Cloud Services needed for financial compliance solutions company. The Vice President of Cloud Service provides strategic vision and leadership, coaching and improving the team’s ability to successfully deliver solutions while expanding to meet market demands.

Responsibilities include guiding and coaching teams, balancing conflicting priorities to achieve high customer satisfaction and accurate deployment, and confidently discussing technical specifications with non-technical customers, developers, internal teams, and senior management. The Vice President of Cloud Services is also responsible for driving compliance with methodologies, tools, and practices, and for achieving KPIs for revenue, profitability, customer and employee satisfaction, and Support SLA. The Vice President of Cloud Services defines the culture for the many teams working for the success of cloud-based customer deployments in the public safety and justice sector.

The Vice President of Cloud Services is a fully remote position.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong foundational knowledge of cloud services provisioning and management, preferably with Azure.
• Firm grasp of Project Management practices and Professional Services delivery.
• Industry knowledge of public safety and/or justice environments.
• Good management and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with contracts and legal requirements.
• Savvy business skills; able to drive and support sales initiatives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical environments.
• Excellent presentation skills
