We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Bilingual Personal Assistant fluent in both French and English. This role involves supporting a select clientele engaged in luxury events across France, the United States, and other international locations. The position plays a pivotal role in expanding and solidifying the company's presence in the U.S.

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid - primarily remote with occasional in-office work in Brickell, Miami)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of international travel including flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
  • Handle administrative duties such as invoicing, supplier contracts, and bank reconciliations, along with the preparation of monthly activity reports.
  • Assist in managing U.S.-based properties, coordinating with property managers, monitoring rental payments, and verifying documentation.
  • Contribute to the organization of luxury events aimed at high-net-worth individuals and corporations.
  • Support financial oversight by monitoring investments and preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Confidently interact with bankers, high-net-worth clients, and international vendors.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Participate in weekly in-person meetings at a coworking space in Brickell, Miami, transitioning to an office space in the future.
  • Potential growth into an Office Manager role as the business expands in the U.S.

Candidate Profile:

  • Full fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • A strong grasp of European culture and the capability to engage with a global network.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and proactive with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks; financial management experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when dealing with high-profile clients.
  • Educational background in management, economics, or accounting is advantageous.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
