This role will lead the Engineering Team to develop, maintain, and upgrade automated systems to enable department users to manage information; provide ongoing technical assistance for user problem resolution, and maintain existing hardware and software. This position reports to the Associate Director of Infrastructure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

40% Administration of Intune & JAMF to manage the PC’s & MAC’s to assure they are in compliance with IT security standards.

20% Perform troubleshooting/problem diagnosis of desktop/laptop software, including Azure, operating systems, application software and Peripherals.

30% Support and maintain virtual patch environment for the deployment to desktops and remote computers.

10% Develop and maintain operating system images in a machine-agnostic environment. MAC’s & PC’s
