Overview:Our client is relocating to a new office in downtown Montreal and is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the stabilization and remediation of their current network infrastructure. This position will start as fully onsite (estimated at 2 months) and then transition to a hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite per week).

Responsibilities:

• Assess, troubleshoot, and remediate existing network issues at the client’s new site.

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Meraki hardware to replace and optimize the current setup.

• Provide advanced support and configuration of Cisco and Juniper devices (existing environment).

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure network performance and reliability.

• Create documentation and assist in knowledge transfer to internal IT teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering with strong proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki technologies.

• Experience with network remediation and new office setups.

• FortiGate experience is a strong plus.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Bilingual (English/French) is preferred.

• Must be available to work onsite full-time during the initial stabilization period (approx. 2 months).

• Must be local to the Montreal area.
