We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tier II IT Support Technician with strong experience supporting both macOS and Windows 11 in enterprise and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent troubleshooting abilities, clear communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Responsibilities include managing and supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune for device and identity management. The role may also involve developing and maintaining automation scripts to streamline support tasks and improve system efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, or Network+.
Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Experience working in enterprise or hybrid IT environments.
