About the Role
We are seeking a mid to senior level Technician to join our team in Enderby, BC. This role requires a proactive, self-starting professional who can operate independently while having access to guidance when needed. You will be responsible for on-site support, troubleshooting, and resolving user issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for end users in a client on-site environment

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently

Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems remain operational

Document issues, resolutions, and escalate when necessary

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Deliver professional and customer-focused service to all users
Key Skills & Experience

2–7+ years of experience as a technician (junior, mid, or senior level considered)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and networking

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in on-site IT support or field technician roles preferred
