We seek a skilled Exchange Online Administrator with experience in Abnormal Security to help with migrating from Mimecast to EOP and configure our EOP rules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our Microsoft Exchange Online environment's administration, optimization, and security while ensuring seamless email communication and threat protection.Key Responsibilities:Exchange Online Administration:• Manage, configure, and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online and related services.• Migrate mail flow rules, connectors, and transport policies to ensure reliable and secure email communication.• Troubleshoot email delivery, performance, and availability issues across the enterprise.• Support and manage Exchange hybrid configurations, ensuring smooth integration with on-premises infrastructure if applicable.• Ensure compliance with security best practices, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and other email authentication mechanisms.• Conduct email security assessment and audit, recommending improvements to strengthen defenses.Security & Abnormal Security Administration:• Configure, monitor, and fine-tune Abnormal Security settings to detect and prevent advanced email threats such as phishing, BEC, and account takeovers.• Investigate and respond to email security incidents, collaborating with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and IT teams as needed.• Optimize email filtering, threat intelligence, and anomaly detection using Abnormal Security’s AI-driven platform.• Conduct periodic email security assessment and audit, recommending improvements to strengthen defenses.User Support & Policy Enforcement:• Provide technical support to end users and IT teams regarding email configurations, security alerts, and spam filtering.• Develop and enforce email security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and response playbooks.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience managing Exchange Online in a corporate environment.• Experience with Abnormal Security or similar email security.• Experience with Mimecast email gateway.• Strong knowledge of email security protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, TLS, etc.).• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and Exchange administration.• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, Defender for Office 365, and Azure AD.• Ability to analyze email logs, message traces, and security alerts for incident response.• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
