A leading Manhattan-based IT consulting firm serving small to mid-sized businesses is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for client engagement, strategy, and IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by consulting clients on IT best practices.

  • Develop technical solutions that align with client goals and business strategies.

  • Prepare technical planning and budgeting documentation.

  • Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and client-facing quotes.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues within client accounts.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive and consistent communication.

  • Assist in aligning clients' IT infrastructure with their overall business objectives.

Technical Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical support (desktop, server, networking).

  • 3–5 years in a client-facing technical consulting role.

  • Proven ability to design and present technical recommendations and proposals.

  • Solid understanding of how IT services support business operations and strategic goals.

  • Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in technical documentation, reporting, and environment analysis.
