You'll be working directly with elite drivers, managing race strategy, optimizing car setup, and making split-second decisions that determine podium finishes. This role puts you trackside at every Grand Prix, working with cutting-edge technology and the best engineering minds in motorsport. You'll be responsible for translating complex telemetry data into actionable insights, communicating setup changes to drivers during practice and qualifying, and executing race strategies that win championships. Requirements: π

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
β
Minimum 10 years of trackside race engineering experience in elite motorsport (F1, WEC, IndyCar, or top-tier prototype racing)
β
Deep expertise in race strategy development, tire management, and fuel strategy optimization
β
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, telemetry systems, and vehicle dynamics
β
Proven ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to drivers under pressure
β
Experience with simulation tools and correlation between simulator and track performance
β
Strong understanding of aerodynamics, suspension geometry, and powertrain management
β
Ability to work under extreme time pressure during race weekends
β
UK work authorization required (or ability to obtain)
