Requirements: 🎓

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Washington Accord) required

✅ 3-6 years intermediate experience in land development projects

✅ AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency required

✅ BIM know-how an advantage

✅ Client-focused with strong communication skills

✅ Commercially aware and hungry to grow

✅ Experience with subdivisions, roading, and infrastructure projects

✅ Ability to run projects end-to-end with autonomy

✅ Working towards CPEng or interested in chartership pathway

✅ NZ residency or valid NZ work visa required

✅ Interest in coastal design, retaining walls, and stormwater solutions preferred
