Are you a skilled Process Engineer with experience in composite manufacturing who enjoys developing efficient production methods and working at the intersection of design, research, and innovation? Be part of a dynamic team shaping advanced production processes that support cutting-edge vehicle and component development. As a Composite Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in defining, implementing, and optimising production processes for high-performance metallic and composite components used in Formula 1 and motorsport applications. Work closely with design, research, and manufacturing teams to ensure products are delivered to exacting standards of quality and performance while using CAD tools like CATIA to design and document efficient manufacturing workflows. Based in Parma, Italy with competitive salary up to β¬55,000 and benefits package.
Requirements: π
β
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required
β
2-3 years' experience in mechanical or process engineering, ideally within high-performance sectors
β
Proven experience in F1 or motorsport required
β
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA) required
β
Strong understanding of metallic materials and modern production technologies
β
Experience with composite manufacturing processes
β
Ability to analyse, define, and validate production processes for metallic and composite components
β
Experience designing and documenting efficient manufacturing workflows
β
Excellent technical problem-solving and teamwork skills
β
Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to precision and quality
β
Ability to collaborate with design, research, and production teams
β
Experience supporting process approvals and technical reviews for new product introductions
β
Willingness to provide on-site support and occasional supplier visits
