Requirements: π

Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Senior Planner, OR Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (LCS) required

MINIMUM 10 years' experience in New Zealand market required
β
Washington Accord Degree required
β
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects
β
Strong business development skills with extensive network and ability to secure new work opportunities
β
Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and growing revenue streams
β
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with track record of managing client relationships effectively
β
Desire to take ownership in firm with capability to invest financially
β
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
