Requirements: 🎓

✅ Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Senior Planner, OR Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (LCS) required

✅ MINIMUM 10 years' experience in New Zealand market required

✅ Washington Accord Degree required

✅ Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects

✅ Strong business development skills with extensive network and ability to secure new work opportunities

✅ Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and growing revenue streams

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with track record of managing client relationships effectively

✅ Desire to take ownership in firm with capability to invest financially

✅ Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients

✅ Experience leveraging network to drive business growth

✅ Capability to mentor and manage teams, fostering high-performance culture
