With rapid urban growth placing increasing strain on aging infrastructure, this is an exciting opportunity to work on varied projects spanning water, wastewater, and stormwater across the Greater Auckland region and New Zealand. The consultancy has significant expertise across all aspects of Three Waters engineering, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the challenges of urban growth. Whether you're an Intermediate Engineer at NZ $92K-$105K, Senior Engineer at NZ $115K-$125K, or Team Lead at NZ $125K-$155K, you'll contribute to upgrading and extending stormwater, wastewater, and potable water networks with work-from-home flexibility, health insurance, life insurance, gym membership, and cutting-edge technology. Requirements: 🎓

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Washington Accord)

✅ INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: 5+ years' experience in Three Waters engineering

✅ SENIOR LEVEL: 8-12 years' experience in Three Waters project delivery

✅ TEAM LEAD: 15+ years' experience with proven leadership capabilities

✅ Experience in design and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects

✅ Familiarity with resource consent processes and consultation with stakeholders

✅ Knowledge of sustainable and green infrastructure solutions

✅ Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

✅ Senior/Team Lead: Experience leading project delivery and managing teams

✅ Senior/Team Lead: Ability to liaise with stakeholders including regulatory authorities, iwi, and property owners

✅ Understanding of detention ponds, soakage systems, rain gardens, wetlands, and pipeline upgrades

✅ Experience with wastewater systems including on-site disposal and system remediation

✅ Knowledge of water supply challenges including reticulation upgrades and supply analysis
