We are looking for a qualified boilermaker with minimum of 5 years of experience in performing maintenances and repairs. Responsibilities

·         Consistently behave in accordance with the core values of the company

·         Be responsible for executing the scope of work plan and reporting job status to the Foreman daily

·         Proficient in piping take offs and measurements and reading plans, ISOs, testing will be provided during interview process

·         Perform job site safety meetings (Toolbox Topics 5 minutes) daily with crew members

·         Perform general boiler work on fire and water tube boilers and steam systems and other mechanical work is required, and pipefitting for al aspects of boiler and piping projects, show willingness to learn and assist on all different types of jobs

·         Perform boiler annual maintenances following the IOM and company process for each boiler

·         Work alongside other boiler combustion technicians to lead boiler installation projects

·         Run piping and welding processes that are specific to each project requirement

·         Use dispatching app and job scope of work application to check in and out of all jobs and write up summary of each job

Requirements

·         Maintain a growth and flexibility mindset; must be willing to grow and adapt to different roles, tasks, and opportunities within the company

·         Ability to communicate well with professionalism directly with customer and make follow up calls with each customer

·         Communicate any issues or unforeseen obstacles encountered on job site to Foreman

·         Complete other tasks as required to contribute to the success of the company as a member of our team

·         Deliver results – you will be required to assist on jobs and lead on jobs when necessary. Have a team mentality and work with others well

·         Ability to travel is required, travel projects occur 15% of the time, currently the company is on out-of-town work so it would be required upon hiring

·         Background screening – need high security clearance for Maricopa County and others

Qualifications

·         At least 5 years of boilermaker experience is preferred

·         Fire tube and water tube boiler operations knowledge and proficiency with the ability to perform annual maintenances and repair and installation of boiler and auxiliary equipment

·         Proficiency with tube replacement work on various boiler types and horsepower

·         Understanding of the pipefitting and welding processes for boiler repairs

·         Ability to read ISO plans, blueprints and other industry type drawings

·         Ability to do takeoff measurements from plans and layout

·         Follows written and verbal instructions

·         Works well at high heights and in confined spaces

·         Communicates effectively and has strong verbal communication skills

·         Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting at least 50 pounds

Compensation

·         Competitive salary range DOE $40-$45/hr

·         Full health benefits package with 90% of medical benefits paid by company for employee only

·         Paid time off and Holiday pay

·         Per diem pay plus hotel arrangement and pay by company for overnight travel – 10-15% of work currently some travel projects planned for summer of 2024
