What You’ll Do:

• Support the HR department in implementing initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding.

• Serve as a resource for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and policy clarification, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Maintain and update employee records with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborate on the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and business objectives.

• Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance management processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance (including California-specific employment laws).

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience using HRIS systems and a high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Commitment to personal and professional development — we will assist the right candidate in obtaining HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar).
