Job Summary
The Accounting Specialist III will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day office operations while maintaining rigorous financial oversight of credit card charges by field teams and coordinating with department managers to achieve adherence to policy and other Accounting Administrative duties. This role requires 5–10 years of accounting experience and a deep understanding of expense management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting a distributed team of field team who regularly submit invoices and expense claims via company-issued credit cards.

Duty Station: Chloeta Headquarters, Oklahoma City, OK
Travel: Up to 10%
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Oversee credit card usage and ensure timely submission and approval of expense claims.
Review and process agent-submitted invoices and expense reports in the ERP system.
Monitor compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Serve as the primary administrator for the company’s ERP expense module.
Train field team on proper expense submission protocols and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to optimize ERP workflows and reporting.
Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Support HR functions such as onboarding and credit card policy.
Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Act as a liaison between Departments (Verticals) and the Accounting Department.
Provide guidance on allowable expenses, documentation standards, and reimbursement timelines.
Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies or disputes related to expense claims.

Required Skills/Abilities
Familiarity with remote or distributed team environments.
Experience with financial audits and compliance.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial data analysis.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or proven on the job experience.
Required: 5–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Required: Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Costpoint, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Required: Experience managing corporate credit card programs and expense reporting.
