Job Summary:
The Security Project Manager will oversee and manage the execution of an unarmed guard services contract with a federal client agency. This role ensures compliance with contract requirements, efficient deployment of personnel, and adherence to all applicable regulations and policies. This position is based in Washington D.C. and is virtual with the requirement to attend in-person meetings and site visits in the US Capital area as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Serves as the primary point of contact for Chloeta’s client.
Oversees all aspects of contract execution, including personnel management, compliance, and performance monitoring.
Ensure all contract obligations and requirements are met and quality standards are upheld.
Provides daily supervision of Operations Supervisors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and operational requirements.
Works closely with Chloeta’s client, and Chloeta’s Operations Supervisors and program administrators, to handle complaints, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
Holds bi-weekly meetings with the client’s Contract Officer Representative (COR).
Addresses and resolves personnel issues, including removal of employees for performance-related concerns, as necessary.
Develops and implements operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective security services at designated locations around the US Capital area.
Supervises, coordinates, and supports security personnel to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and site-specific requirements.
Conducts regular site visits to assess performance, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Manages staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Prepares and submits required reports, documentation, and performance assessments to the client.
Ensures compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations related to security and safety.
Facilitates coordination and communication between security personnel, government officials, and other stakeholders.
Responds to and manages security incidents, escalating issues to other authorities as required.
Oversees training programs to ensure all personnel meet the required qualifications and standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of federal security requirements and regulations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and personnel across various locations.
Proficiency in reporting, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment.
Experience working with federal law enforcement agencies is preferred.
Must be able to pass background checks and security clearances as required by the contract.
Ability to develop and implement process improvements for security operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
Experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
Required: High School diploma or completed GED.
Required: Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in security operations management.
Required: Minimum of two (2) years of prior contract managerial experience.
Required: Demonstrated technical knowledge of x-ray machines, handheld and walk through magnetometers, explosive trace detection systems, and identifying dangerous/deadly objects in baggage or on persons similar in magnitude and complexity to this Contract.
Preferred: Five (5) years of security operations supervisory experience and three (3) years of federal contract management experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in security management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
This role may require standing for extended periods and conducting outdoor site inspections in varying weather conditions.
