A leading and growing manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and solutions, committed to innovation, sustainability, and superior customer service is currently seeking a CFO to join the leadership team and help drive the company and financial strategies.
Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the overall financial health and sustainability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, fostering growth and profitability.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Identify and manage financial risks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
Manage the company's capital structure, including debt, equity, and investments, to optimize financial performance.
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds for operational needs and strategic investments.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting requirements, and tax laws, both at the national and international levels.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team (currently 6 employees), fostering professional development and a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with CEO to communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities regarding M&A
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA a must
Proven track record in financial strategy development and execution.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Visionary leadership and strategic thinking.
