A fast growing manufacturing distribution company with a reputation and brand that precedes itself is seeking add a QA/QC Director to their team.

Responsibilities:● Develop and implement a comprehensive QA/QC strategy aligned with organizationalgoals.● Identify opportunities for improvement in quality processes and systems, drivingefficiency and effectiveness.● Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulations● Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing QA/QC team, including a FabricEngineer and a Garment Technician.● Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential qualityissues.● Establish and maintain quality standards for suppliers, conducting audits andensuring consistent quality.● Oversee rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure products meet or exceedquality specifications.● Utilize analytics and reporting to monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and informdecision-making.● Collaborate with customer service teams to address quality-related customerfeedback and drive improvements.● Collaborate and manage the relationship with our third party auditors.Qualifications:● 10+ years in quality management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.● Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a related field● Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, or ASQ certifications arehighly desirable.● Deep understanding of QA/QC principles, methodologies, and best practices.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.● Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Proficiency in quality management systems and tools
