Job Summary:

As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent. You will lead a talented HR team, driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall mission, vision, and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent.
    • Develop and manage talent management programs, including performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning.
  3. Workplace Culture and Employee Engagement:

    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values and promotes diversity and inclusion.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Stay current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and minimizing legal risks.
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  5. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:

    • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management, handling HR-related issues, conflicts, and resolutions.
    • Promote open communication and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.
    • Review and analyze industry benchmarks to remain competitive in the market.
  7. HR Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the IT field  
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
