In this role you will be:

Accounts Payable: invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.

Accounts Receivable: invoicing, collections, and customer inquiries.

Bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances.

General ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

Preparing month-end and year-end close procedures.

Financial reporting and analysis

Compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Helping with Financial planning and forecasting.

Process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

In the process of getting your CPA,

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2+ years of industry experience in accounting roles

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
