A cutting-edge leader in digital solutions, helping businesses elevate their brands with dynamic, innovative, and engaging visual communication tools, continue to expand their presence across North America, is  seeking a driven and results-oriented Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join thair executive team and take the sales strategy and growth of the North American Division

Position Overview:We are looking for a  strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead sales and revenue efforts across North America. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of digital signage or similar technology-driven industries, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and excellent leadership capabilities. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, strong management skills, and the ability to create and execute strategies that foster long-term customer relationships while ensuring strong revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with the company’s goals. Lead and motivate the sales teams to achieve set revenue targets while maximizing overall profitability.
  • Sales Team Management: Oversee, mentor, and build a high-performance sales team, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed and grow. Foster a positive, results-driven culture with clear expectations and accountability.
  • Market Expansion & Relationship Building: Identify new business opportunities, expand our customer base, and foster strategic partnerships within the digital signage space.
  • Client & Customer Focus: Engage with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while also identifying new ways to provide value through our solutions.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Create detailed revenue forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on sales progress to the executive team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on company goals, product offerings, and customer success.
  • Travel: As this is a North American role, travel will be required to meet clients and attend industry events, trade shows, and other business development activities across the region.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a proven track record in digital signage, technology solutions, or related industries.
  • Sales Leadership: Strong experience in leading and managing sales teams across multiple regions, with a history of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions that drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Client-Facing Expertise: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently across North America (up to 30-40% of the time).
  • Language Skills: English fluency is required
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
