Location

On-site in Lemont, Illinois, with occasional local travel for property site visits. Enjoy a collaborative, close-knit office environment while leading operations across the region.

Note

Applicants must have at least 10 years of progressive experience in property management and 5 years in a senior leadership role, with deep familiarity with HOA and condominium association management in Illinois.

Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day operations across both association and rental management divisions
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth vision
  • Mentor and motivate property managers and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
  • Partner directly with ownership on long-term planning and process improvement
  • Oversee financial performance, risk management, and compliance with Illinois property laws
  • Drive innovation through technology, systems, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in property management
  • 5+ years in senior leadership/executive roles
  • Proven background managing HOA/condo association and rental operations
  • Strong knowledge of Illinois property management regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Designations such as CPM, ARM, PCAM, or CMCA preferred

Compensation

$130,000–$140,000 base salary plus up to 10% annual bonus potential, with $500 monthly health stipend, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
