Position Overview

Nurses at our Award-Winning Client are more than just employees—they are key contributors to the organization’s mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll apply your specialized orthopedic training to care for patients in need of high-level orthopedic care, making a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier orthopedic care to patients, focusing on both their medical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain clear, compassionate communication with patients and families to help them navigate their healthcare journey.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using advanced healthcare technology to monitor and assess patient progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Montana Registered Nurse License required at the time of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.

Candidate Profile:This position is suited for a candidate with a nursing degree, a current RN license in Montana, and at least one year of relevant nursing experience. While management experience is not necessary, the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to work closely with an interdisciplinary team. Candidates must be open to potential travel as part of their role.
