Position Overview

As an RN specializing in surgical care at our Award-Winning Client, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive patient care. You will use your surgical nursing expertise to support patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized nursing care to surgical patients, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader care team to coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and making adjustments as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care to ensure successful recovery.
  • Use advanced healthcare technologies to assess and document patient progress, maintaining thorough medical records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Montana Registered Nurse License required at the time of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical setting.

Candidate Profile:This position is ideal for an RN with surgical experience who holds a nursing degree and an active Montana RN license. A year of relevant experience is required, along with a willingness to travel occasionally as part of the role. The successful candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
