    • Healthcare Quality Improvement
    • Healthcare Quality Assurance

Overview

As a Quality Improvement Specialist at Our Award-Winning Client, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our commitment to excellence by working alongside the National Director of Quality and Compliance Programs. You’ll help drive local and enterprise-wide quality initiatives, ensure smooth adherence to federal and state reporting processes, and serve as a key contact for incident reports, root cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective action plans. In this role, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to uphold compliance with federal, state, and High Reliability Organization standards while embodying the values, culture, and mission that make this organization a special place to work and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficient in data management and accuracy for timely submission
  • Skilled in root cause analysis and problem-solving
  • Acts as a knowledgeable resource for quality functions
  • Executes tasks with attention to detail
  • Effectively collaborates within QI Program Committees
  • Identifies deficiencies and trends during quality activities
  • Supports audit preparation and compliance efforts
  • Diligently collects and submits data for regulatory bodies

Schedule and Shift Details

  • Monday - Friday, 100% onsite (Zip code: 90057)

Additional Requirements

  • MUST HAVE: Bilingual in Spanish, and must have health QA or QI experience.
  • NOT looking for: Quality experience in non-health settings.
