Our Award Winning Client is nationally recognized for its excellence in healthcare and has earned multiple prestigious awards across various specialties, including advanced certifications in cancer care. We are seeking a Director for the Outpatient Cancer Center to lead a team in delivering exceptional oncology services.

As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical management, operational success, and strategic growth of oncology services. The role requires a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring both clinical excellence and the financial viability of the cancer center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all aspects of oncology services, including clinical care, program development, and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and promote high-quality cancer care.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, focusing on process optimization and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the oncology team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations while driving service line growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Must-Haves:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    • Current RN license in the state of Montana.
    • At least five years of clinical leadership experience in healthcare or oncology.
    • Proven success in team leadership, project management, and driving process improvements.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Master’s degree in Nursing, Business, Leadership, or a related healthcare field.
    • Continuing education in leadership and management through professional conferences or courses.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, paired with leadership experience in oncology services. This individual will be an effective communicator, with a track record of fostering teamwork and collaboration in healthcare settings. They will excel in a dynamic, patient-centered environment and possess the ability to lead through change while maintaining a focus on both patient care and operational performance.
