This hybrid role offers flexibility, requiring in-office presence four days per week in either Sparks, Maryland, or Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead U.S. execution plans aligned with global brand strategy, focusing on self-collection to expand HPV screening accessibility.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing communications, and product platform teams to develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies tailored to the U.S. market.
  • Lead the creation of customer research initiatives, persona development, and value proposition strategies to enhance market understanding.
  • Drive market adoption of client executing targeted marketing initiatives and developing actionable lead-generation funnels.
  • Monitor critical metrics, report ROI for tactical activities, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and ASR global guidance for the non-acute care portfolio.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current diagnostic markets, customers, and patient needs.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and ensure their implementation across the team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related scientific field. An MBA is optional but preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years in strategic marketing, global or regional marketing, or product management with expertise in commercialization, portfolio management, and brand strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing, consumer, or direct-to-patient marketing is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Leadership presence and ability to navigate complex, matrixed team environments effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently (up to 20%).
