Proposal Manager

Position Overview

As a Proposal Manager, you will lead efforts to craft compelling proposals that integrate advanced solutions and innovative strategies. Collaborating closely with the Capture Manager, you will oversee proposal activities, coordinate schedules, and manage resources to ensure seamless execution. This role involves developing detailed review plans and ensuring alignment with compliance requirements, offering you the chance to make a significant impact in a mission-critical industry.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of proposal development, including team coordination, schedules, and deliverables.
• Partner with the Capture Manager to translate winning strategies into structured, compelling, and compliant proposals.
• Develop and implement detailed review strategies, such as Pink Team, Red Team, and Gold Team evaluations.
• Coordinate administrative functions, ensuring timely production and delivery of proposals.
• Leverage expertise in advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, and Cloud Native solutions, to address complex client needs.
• Provide clear examples of managing successful proposals aligned with industry-specific missions.
• Stay informed on evolving technologies and future applications in cyber, RF, undersea, and interstellar domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of advanced missions, technologies, and product applications.
• Demonstrated success in managing proposals within the defense or aerospace sectors.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to team success.

Clearance Requirements

• A Department of Defense Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe is required.
• Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work.
