Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Healthcare (1+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Other EMR

  • TruChart EHR

• Valid Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

• Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

Preferred:

• Please provide your PT license number (Required for Name Clear.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans

• Collaborate with the care team

• Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

• Self-manage time and schedule efficiently

Schedule and Shift Details:

• M-F 8am-5pm; full time; 1 weekend/month; 2 holidays/year; no on call

Travel:

• Local travel to residential homes

Compensation: This is a PPV position. See attached PT PPV Rates for details as rates vary based on type of service and level of experience.
