Our Award-Winning Client operates nationally, delivering patient-focused healthcare and offering a comprehensive benefits package starting from day one. The Supervisor for the Neuro Critical Care Unit (NCCU) at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, Washington, provides essential leadership, supporting the Manager in guiding the critical care team to deliver top-tier operational and clinical care. This role promotes a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring that "Best Practice" standards are met across the unit.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Manager to oversee care delivery, lead the team, and maintain operational excellence. The Supervisor also assists in budget management and drives performance through monthly monitoring. Key leadership tasks involve coaching, mentoring, and supporting charge nurses and staff to foster service excellence. This role also participates in conducting performance evaluations, aiming to develop staff toward achieving best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Critical Care experience, with demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Charge Nurse is highly desirable.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Mid-Senior level of seniority.
  • No management experience required.
  • Minimum educational requirement: Certification.
  • Willingness to travel: None.
