Act as a key liaison for accreditation and certification compliance across clinical departments, ensuring consistent adherence to program standards.
Lead and coordinate certification processes, particularly for disease-specific programs in stroke and heart failure.
Develop and manage comprehensive strategies for data collection, including core measures, medical staff metrics, peer review analytics, and quality improvement tracking.
Provide in-depth education and guidance to nursing and clinical staff around best practices and regulatory updates.
Analyze trends from clinical data and present findings to interdisciplinary teams, driving strategic performance enhancements.
Actively participate in daily interdisciplinary rounds and performance improvement initiatives targeting patient outcomes.
Assist in onboarding new employees through quality orientation sessions.
Guide and facilitate community outreach initiatives focused on heart failure and stroke awareness and prevention.
Support the implementation of best-practice clinical guidelines for patients with cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure and stroke, in alignment with national standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert on evidence-based clinical care pathways.
Provide leadership during accreditation and certification survey activities.
Maintain accurate and timely entry of clinical quality data into hospital systems.
Active RN Licensure (Registered Nurse)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical hospital experience
Heart Failure Nurse Certification
Subject matter expertise in clinical guideline implementation, evidence-based practice, and care protocols for stroke, heart failure, and chest pain management
Strong background in data manipulation, analysis, and creating professional presentations

This role requires full on-site presence at our client's Sanford, NC facility. No travel is required.
